Annual visits have a flat fee of $350.00.

Prioritize mental health the same way that you prioritize physical health. Schedule an annual visit to assess current psychological strengths, areas for growth, and the presence of symptoms that can interfere with daily functioning.

Compare the results of a current annual visit with the results of the previous year to identify any significant changes. The Annual Mental Health Visit Summary includes a graph charting current results with past results.

Early intervention and prevention

Annual visits provide opportunities to be referred for early intervention and prevention services when mental health support may be beneficial.
